We have significant experience in estimating the cost of rebuilding homes in New Zealand, in addition for the nearly 100 home sum insured reports we have prepared for our Clients, not one came close to the insurers online calculator. 

 

To demonstrate this further we are currently undertaking a study across all online calculators and will shortly publish the results here.
